prices start from just $900 pp twin-share for three nights, $1200 for four nights, and $1995 for seven nights. The price includes meals onboard, shore excursions, glass-bottom boat trips and more. Fijian flag carrier Air Pacific also has bargain airfares between Australia and Nadi.

Fantasia calls on fantastic Tunis port

MSC Fantasia made its maiden call last week at the new wharf in the spectacular port of
Tunis in Tunisia. The first stretch of the quayside had just been opened the same day the 3,900-passenger ship docked.

The wharf is currently 320 metres long but will be doubled in length by 2010, allowing two ships of Fantasia’s class to moor there simultaneously.
When completed, the Fantasia calls on fantastic Tunis port new quayside and terminal will house a recreation complex, designed in the style of a traditional Tunis neighborhood, and tipped to be one of world’s most beautiful terminals.

Eight of the ships in MSC Cruises fleet will use the new wharf during 2009, with MSC
Fantasia, MSC Splendida, MSC Sinfonia and MSC Melody calling at Tunis every week for
the rest of the year.

Cruise the Med for $1

MSC CRUISES HAS EXTENDED TWO SPECIAL OFFERS including the opportunity to cruise the Mediterranean for $1, with bookings now accepted until 12 May 2009. On Mediterranean cruises between Aug and Nov 2009, the first person pays full fare and the companion pays $1 plus port charges in the same cabin.
